Helgatun 

Helgatun is situated in a beautiful area at the foot of Mount Vika between Hardanger and Sogn, by state highway 13. The distance to Bergen is 130 km, and 32 km to Voss. Voss is served by a railway station, The E 16, The ferry-free road from Oslo to Bergen, runs through Voss. Approx. 390 km to Oslo.

Helgatun has 27 rooms, all of them with shower/WC. The rooms can also be used as family rooms. Good parking facilities.

Helgatun is an excellent starting point for day trips to Voss Folk Museum, Hangurdsbanen (funicular railway), Bergen and its fish market, Bryggen, Fløybanen funicular railway, etc.

Trips can be taken by car to Hardanger, Ulvik, Eidfjord or Kjeåsen - the mountain farm. You can also drive over Mount Vika, take the ferry across the Sognefjord to Hella, and onwards to Sogndal, Fjærland and the Glacier Museum. Walking tours can be made in Støls- heimen one of the finest mountain areas on Vestlandet Summer mountain farms which serve refreshments are also worth visiting.
